  • A discovery call is a quiet, thoughtful space where we explore where you are, what’s unfolding, and what your brand truly needs, structurally and emotionally. You’ll be invited to share your vision, and I’ll listen with care, offer first impressions, and reflect the possibilities I see. There is no obligation, only clarity.

  • Yes, many clients come to us at pivotal moments of evolution. Whether you're refining an existing visual language or clarifying your narrative, we help ensure that what once served you gracefully grows with you. We honour what exists while carving space for what’s next.

  • For most offerings, payment is made in two parts: a deposit to secure your place in the studio’s schedule, and the remainder upon delivery, following a flexible payment plan. Monthly support services follow a fixed rate invoiced at the start of each period. All payments are made via secure online transfer.

  • After the discovery session, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the most aligned path forward. This includes scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing, so you can make a decision grounded in clarity and calm. Once confirmed, we begin the preparatory work to shape your brand’s foundations.
